Property & Casualty Management Systems, Inc. (PCMS) is a privately held United States company based in Dallas, Texas, that provides insurance software solutions and services to small to mid-size insurance carriers.

Founded in 1999 by Beryl Goldman, PCMS' created Atlas, a comprehensive all-in-one cloud-native SaaS platform, which includes core components for underwriting and policy administration, claims management, and billing. The Atlas platform was re-architected in 2020 and we continue to invest in enriching its capabilities.

PCMS has a committed philosophy to create innovative value-adding solutions that deliver exceptional results to our customers by gaining a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, strategic goals, and then merging our industry expertise & proven technology with the highest level of execution.

Our team has over 60 years’ combined experience in developing products for the property & casualty insurance industry. Lean development teams, small client service teams, constant communication and modern technology are the best recipes for successful implementations.
